I prefer not to take calls not that I don't want to hear your lovely voice its just that I'm usually working 12-14 hour days and my hands are literally full so I can not always get to the phone. And find it somewhat distracting and a bit too challenging to remember the important details when I speak to so many people about similar things throughout the day where as with a simple text or email I can always refer back to them if I need a refresher before our appointment or when ordering supplies.
